The Triumphal Entry and the Son of David
- Jesus was not the sort of king the people of Israel were expecting.
- David doesn’t show us the requirement for receiving God’s grace, he shows us the proper response to it.
- Through David God built a nation, but through Jesus God builds a kingdom.
