Taking this Passage Home:

1. Jesus calls sinners to follow him.
2. The message of the kingdom of God leaves us with 2 choices:
   • Pridefully reject: oppose Jesus
   • Humbly respond in faith: follow Jesus
3. Imitating Jesus… 
   • See people through God’s eyes
   • Invite outsiders to God’s transforming kingdom.
